I’m Cecilia “CeCe” Moreno, creator of Silver Sister Says, a 50+ lifestyle community reaching nearly half a million people across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Through story-led content about self-worth, aging, gray hair, menopause, beauty, wellness, relationships and reinvention, I help women trust themselves, know their worth and fully live the lives they’re building. I partner with beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands to create relatable content that builds trust and inspires action.

Hobbies and Passions

I’m passionate about helping women feel confident, curious and fully themselves at every age. I love strength training and Peloton, skincare and beauty, traveling and trying new experiences with my husband, spending time with family, and loving on my dog, Frida. I’m a lifelong learner who enjoys leadership development, storytelling and finding practical ways to help women build self-trust. My husband and I are also both Halloween babies, so I take costumes very seriously!
